Strategic Partnership Program

The Strategic Partnership Program is a game changing idea that Dr. Gladwell brought to the profession, increasing efficiencies, profitability, and quality of care for general dentists around the country. This partnership gives dentists the ability to provide specialist level care in their general practice.

My goal is to re-invent the modern orthodontic practice.

By working directly with the practice to embrace the latest in technology in order to ensure a patient-centric model of practice. By removing common barriers that can prevent a specialist level of care for all patient.

Meet Our Team

Dr. Gladwell recognized the inefficiencies and problem areas that had been replicated by seemingly every other practice for the past 50 years.

Dr. Jason Gladwell

Gladwell Orthodontics was started by Dr. Jason Gladwell in the summer of 2007. With one employee and a vision to redefine the traditional orthodontic practice, Dr. Gladwell set out on his journey. With a background and education much different than the typical orthodontist, and almost a decade of previous experience working in a “traditional” orthodontic office, Dr. Gladwell recognized the inefficiencies and problem areas that had been replicated by seemingly every other practice for the past 50 years.

Any successful program is anchored by consistency, predictability, and experience. Joining the Gladwell Orthodontics Strategic Partnership Program gives you all three. Industry leading true experts in Invisalign and clear aligner treatment, your dedicated treatment team is filled with the most knowledgeable Invisalign professionals in North America.
This team is there to provide consistent and predictable patient care—a specialist level care without leaving your office. Working with the same people every day, just as with your own team, will help to quickly build trust and confidence in the program. This trust and confidence will translate to better patient care and more profit for your office. We can’t wait to introduce you to our team of confident and experienced professionals.

The Problem

For as long as anyone can remember the relationships between specialists and general dentists have been the same—very little information sharing or help, and typically only communication for a small number of multi- disciplinary cases needing details on timing and planning.

When a general dentist has stepped into the area of a specialist it’s typically been met with resistance and resentment.

Providing Solutions

We hope to make orthodontic care more accessible while maintaining the same level of finishes that our traditional model of patient care has made us known for.
We want to bring the expertise, resources, and level of care of the #1 Invisalign Provider in the country to the convenience and trust of a traditional family general practice, allowing us to get specialist level results and economies of scale on a smaller volume level, something previously impossible.

Invisalign Practice
Integration

Our dedicated team will provide you with the training and resources to make this partnership a success and a value add for your practice. We will provide training in the following areas:

Integration Flow

Step 1:
Scanning patients under iRecord + Invisalign
Step 2:
Collect records including a panoramic x-ray within the last 12 months and required photos.
Step 3:
Create a patient chart in Edge, upload panoramic, pictures and enter treatment notes.
Step 4:
Add patient to your “live” spreadsheet.
Step 5:
Schedule patient in 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Step 6:
Case arrives in your office.
Participants in our Strategic Partner Program, on average, see a 10-15% bump in restorative as a byproduct of being able to talk about cases better from the training. Additional services AFTER Invisalign treatment; bonding, veneers, implants, etc. A record number year is possible...
